Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Intern who is communicative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. This is a paid internship program with a potential career path for high-performing interns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to after-sales services.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, including service reminder communication.
  • Support customer satisfaction improvement strategies through surveys and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.
  • Assist in managing customer loyalty programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Associate's (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree, preferably in Communication, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Detail-oriented, talkative, and proactive.
  • Strong teamwork skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Able to join immediately and work on-site in Kelapa Gading.
