Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to enhance employee productivity and growth.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee insurance plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development, coordinating training programs to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 5-8 years' experience in HR management roles.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits administration.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
