- Job Description :
Develop and execute export sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales growth in global markets, especially Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and provide business insights.
- Manage the end-to-end export process, including quotation, contract negotiation, order handling, and export documentation (LC, COO, etc).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners.
- Plan and monitor sales & marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and international trade events.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics, finance) to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve shipment or claim issues professionally.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in export sales or international business (preferably in food or commodity industry).
- Strong understanding of export-import regulations, Incoterms, and international logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel & ERP systems (SAP/D365) and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Minimum HSK Level 4 certification required.
- Strong integrity, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
