Jobdesc:
- Close deals with subordinate accounts
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of MOU with customers and provide recommendations for improvements as needed
- Approach and lobby developers, contractors, applicators, and other project accounts in the assigned area
- Identify new projects that can be approached by the company and inform superiors for follow-up approaches
- Maintain ongoing relationships and communication with company accounts
- Build relationships and sell company products to company accounts on a high scale
- Monitor the delivery of company products to company customers and ensure timely delivery according to the agreed work agreement
- Ensure that AR in the regional Sales Project he leads can always be billed on time and according to the rules that have been set
- Prepare flexible, innovative, and dynamic sales activity plans in the area he holds based on the company's targets that have been set
- Monitor the implementation of planned promos and project events
- Make monthly forecasts for the Regional Sales Project that is his responsibility according to the annual sales target that has been set
- Review materials that will be presented to customers
- Monitor conditions and market demand and competitor performance in the region that is his responsibility
- Receive complaints and input from customer projects and forward them to the relevant sections within the company
- Monitor the progress of resolving customer complaints
- Coordinate the provision of the best service by departments related to customer complaints
- Use CRM (Bitrix) in managing Sales Project management and interactions with customers
- Handle third parties related to Sales Projects such as Applicators and Distributors
- Conduct project improvements in internal departments and/or across divisions.
- Prepare product specifications that will be communicated to customers
