Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell high-end kitchen systems and furniture solutions to retail customers, architects, interior designers, developers, and project contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess project needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations, product proposals, and follow up to close sales.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into production orders.
- Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery timelines are met.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and ensure effective resolution.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design, furniture materials, and industry innovations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from PIKA Semarang
or a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen systems, furniture sales, or the interior project industry is an advantage.
- Familiar with materials, fittings, and systems used in modern kitchen and custom furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (CAD, shop drawings, layout plans)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- High level of initiative and drive with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance, and confident when interacting with clients.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to travel for project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred
