Responsibility :

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company's warehousing, storage and distribution functions
Oversee the packing, loading and unloading of goods and materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements
Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
Supervise and train a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies governing logistics operations
Prepare and analyse logistics reports, providing insights to management
Work with freight forwarders to assist in customs declaration, inspection, transit procedures, and bonded warehousing, minimizing demurrage charges.
Cross-Departmental Coordination Coordinate with the production department to obtain import material lists and usage ratios.
Duty Optimization & Compliance Assist in applying for product tax rebates/refunds.

Requirement :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistic supervisor or similar role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
