Responsibilities
- Creating social media content.
- Execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Develop promotional content for paid social ads.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and social media trends to optimize strategy.
- Research industry related topics and competitor activity.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in social media, digital marketing, or content role.
- Ability to create engaging content (text, images, videos).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad tools (Instagram, TikTok, etc)
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or basic design/video editing tools.
- Good in time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
