We are looking for a Java Programmer with strong System Analyst experience to support a system enhancement and migration project for our client in Central Jakarta. The selected candidate will analyze existing systems, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and migration to AWS. This is a 3-6 month onsite contract role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer with hands-on System Analysis responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in system assessment, documentation (technical specs, data flow, API mapping), and improvement planning.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems, preferably AWS, including basic concepts of system integration and migration.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical writing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta for a 3-6 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing systems, architecture, and data flow to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured documentation such as functional specifications, data mapping, and system workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and business users to ensure alignment between requirements and solution design.
  • Evaluate system readiness, integration points, and dependencies in preparation for AWS migration.
  • Prepare technical reports, interface documentation, and future-state recommendations to support the system transition.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders and vendors throughout the migration process to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
