Provides administrative and operational support to both the Procurement and Inventory teams. This role ensures smooth coordination of supply chain documentation, data accuracy in the system, and timely processing of purchasing, delivery, and stock-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative tasks for procurement and inventory operations.
- Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Track order status and coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and branch teams for delivery updates.
- Compile and update reports related to stock movement, purchase status, and supplier performance.
- Support documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and other supply chain records.
- Assist in stock audits and reconciliation activities between warehouse and branches.
- Provide administrative support in procurement sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier communication.
- Monitor compliance with supply chain procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or supply chain support roles (procurement/inventory background preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with ERP/inventory systems.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working with both operational and administrative workflows.
