(Operations Management):
1.Fully responsible for the daily operational management of both the front and back of the house, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
2.Supervise the entire process of food preparation, presentation, and service, strictly enforcing standard operating procedures to guarantee the highest levels of food safety and sanitation.
3.Manage restaurant inventory, including the procurement, receiving, storage, and cost control of ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
(Team Building & Management):
1.Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and managing the front-of-house, back-of-house, and service teams.
2.Establish efficient scheduling systems and foster a positive, united, and professional work atmosphere.
(Customer Service & Experience):
Able to fluently use Chinese to serve Chinese customers and introduce menu items.
