Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in the tech industry or fast-paced multinational environments is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices in Indonesia (knowledge of Singapore HR frameworks is an advantage).
- Proficient in HRIS systems, HR analytics, and documentation management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance employee well-being and business goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Canva.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta and available to join immediately or as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a strong pipeline for diverse roles.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement programs, and initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation and KPI management frameworks.
- Support and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for both local and international employees.
- Maintain and update employee data and HR documentation accurately using HRIS and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with company objectives and workforce needs.
- Strengthen employer branding and maintain external partnerships with talent sources.
- Contribute to building a healthy, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment.
