Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Presales Engineer Printer (Hardware) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing technical support to sales teams, conducting presales activities to understand customer requirements, integrating the latest printer hardware solutions, ensuring security measures are in place, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to drive successful sales and deployment of printer hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Integration of hardware solutions
- Proficiency in Presales and Sales activities
- Understanding of hardware Security measures and protocols
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Relevant certifications in hardware support and security are a plus
