Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities including AR/AP, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Process payments, monitor expenses, and manage reimbursements.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support (document control, filing, correspondence).
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage office requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting and admin role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or export-import industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
