Sales Head Development Program is a Management Trainee program which aims to obtain participants with the best qualities and potential to become leaders at ASSA.
The target job for this program is Sales Head who has responsibility for:
- Supervise and direct sales performance and develop sales to reach sales target
- Reviewing Sales Performance
- Establish and maintain long term relationship with customers (external and internal)
- Assist Branches in formulating sales strategies to support marketing
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree any major min IPK 3.00
- Fresh graduate or have at least 2-3 years experience
- Strong passion in sales and marketing
- Have ability in leadership, data analysis, and marketing
- Having a strong conceptual analysis
- Willing to take part in the entire program for 6-12 months
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
