We're looking for an energetic sales pro with proven success who is ready to go "sat-set" (quick and efficient):

• Education: Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any field.
• Industry Edge: Minimum 1 year experience in Food Packaging, Consumer Goods, or Food & Bakery Ingredients.
• Network Power: Proven experience distributing goods within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe), Bakery, & Shop segments. Your existing database is a massive advantage
• Mobility: Must own a motorcycle and possess an active SIM C license.
• Drive: You enjoy working hard, are highly target-driven, and consistently meet your sales goals.
• Soft Skills: Highly sociable, friendly, and excellent at building and maintaining professional networks. You need that genuine "bodor" (funny/engaging) vibe

You will be the key driver of our growth in West Java, focusing on our primary HORECA client base:

• Relationship Architect: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Close the Deal: Conduct compelling product offers and diligently follow up until the customer makes a decision.
• Hit the Goal: Consistently meet or exceed all sales targets set by management.
• Administrative Pro: Handle essential administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database, and ensure seamless coordination with all relevant internal departments.
