We are looking for Finance Business Partner for our Malang and Sidoarjo Plant.

Job Responsibilities :

Business quotation: assist sales to complete quotation data calculation and provide financial strategies and suggestions;
Cost Management: Lead factory operations analysis, identify problems, explore opportunities, control product costs, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
Budget management: responsible for factory budget preparation, execution, process monitoring and variance analysis, control variances and follow up on budget achievement;
Asset Management: Responsible for the management of factory inventory, equipment and other assets, promoting turnover rate improvement, and controlling stagnant inventory and idle assets;
Project introduction: providing financial solutions such as systems and processes for the introduction of new products and projects;
Other support: review and approve application forms, expense reports and other documents; check monthly costs, work orders and other documents, and assist in product cost accounting;

Requirment:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, and Management.
At least 1 year of factory-side financial business process experience or cost accounting experience ;
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
Mandarin Speaker is preferred;
Self-motivated, responsible, data-savvy, and good communicator;
Proficient in Excel/SQL data analysis software; familiarity with Power BI and Python is a plus.
