Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organization Development.
- Strong understanding of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Competency Framework, Performance Management, and Culture Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan, 360 feedback, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (experience with HRIS or people analytics tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs (succession planning, career pathing, leadership development, etc.).
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop appropriate Learning & Development programs.
- Manage the end-to-end talent management process (identification, assessment, monitoring, and development).
- Develop and maintain a competency framework, ensuring its application in performance management and learning programs.
- Lead organizational development (OD) initiatives, including organizational structure analysis, culture development, and change management.
- Develop and utilize assessment tools (assessment centers, psychometric tests, 360 feedback, etc.) to support talent-related decision-making.
- Prepare data-driven reports and recommendations (people analytics) for management on employee and organizational development.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of development programs.
