Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organization Development.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Competency Framework, Performance Management, and Culture Transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan, 360 feedback, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (experience with HRIS or people analytics tools is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs (succession planning, career pathing, leadership development, etc.).
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop appropriate Learning & Development programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end talent management process (identification, assessment, monitoring, and development).
  • Develop and maintain a competency framework, ensuring its application in performance management and learning programs.
  • Lead organizational development (OD) initiatives, including organizational structure analysis, culture development, and change management.
  • Develop and utilize assessment tools (assessment centers, psychometric tests, 360 feedback, etc.) to support talent-related decision-making.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and recommendations (people analytics) for management on employee and organizational development.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of development programs.
