Responsibilities:

  • Manage online store operations (product uploads, stock updates, price adjustments).
  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and track shipments.
  • Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and schedule content across multiple social media channels
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, hosting live shop at any platforms.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Support event planning, promotions, and product launches.
  • Conduct research on digital trends, consumer behavior, and content strategies to support product and brand development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree or Vocational High School in Marketing and Business Management
  • Confident on camera with strong content creation skills
  • Proven experience as an admin or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Familiar with social media tools, e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Good performance and communication skills in English, proven with minimum 500 of TOEFL score
  • Creative, responsible, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, or similar).
