Responsibilities:
- Manage online store operations (product uploads, stock updates, price adjustments).
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and track shipments.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Plan and schedule content across multiple social media channels
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, hosting live shop at any platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams.
- Support event planning, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct research on digital trends, consumer behavior, and content strategies to support product and brand development.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree or Vocational High School in Marketing and Business Management
- Confident on camera with strong content creation skills
- Proven experience as an admin or customer service role is an advantage.
- Familiar with social media tools, e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Good performance and communication skills in English, proven with minimum 500 of TOEFL score
- Creative, responsible, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to multitask and work independently or in a team
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, or similar).
- Passionate about learning and exploring the digital marketing landscape
