IT Operations & Security Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of cloud-based HRMS systems (AWS, Aliyun, and others), including application updates, troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, and server upgrades.
- Lead a cross-region IT operations team to support the company's infrastructure.
- Provide IT security support through incident response, periodic security scans, security posture reporting, and coordination of penetration testing with clients and internal teams.
- Oversee IT support, infrastructure, and assets of BIPO Jakarta, including supervision of IT support personnel.
- Execute IT projects and handle incidents related to both IT security and infrastructure as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, including cross-region team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Aliyun (EC2, S3, DB backup, monitoring); AWS certification preferred (e.g., Solution Architect).
- Strong knowledge of IT security operations (VMDR, EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM, MDM, CIS baseline).
- Working knowledge of containers, servers, networks, databases, and storage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; willing to provide after-hours support and travel overseas if required.
