Accounting Duties:
Handle daily bookkeeping and financial data entry;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.);
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, and reconcile transactions regularly;
- Assist with cost accounting and expense analysis;
Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Tax Duties:
Handle all company tax matters, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Individual Income Tax filings;
- Keep up to date with relevant tax regulations and advise on compliance and tax-saving opportunities;
- Manage invoice issuance, verification, and maintenance of tax control systems;
- Assist in annual tax reconciliation and audits;
- Maintain communication with tax authorities and handle related matters.
