Job Description:
- Handle full set of export–import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, PIB/PEB, customs documents).
- Communicate with overseas suppliers and partners in Mandarin, and in English if required.
- Responsible for export–import processes and assisting purchasing for operational coordination.
- Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment.
- Verify and ensure all export–import documents are complete, accurate, and comply with regulations.
- Prepare regular reports regarding export–import activities and shipment status.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Administration, Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Export–Import.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written), with English communication skills if required.
- Familiar with customs regulations and international shipping process.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
