Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to the company's existing modern trade customers and encourage stores to purchase products.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor performance within the assigned stores and area.
  • Perform store mapping in the assigned area and identify potential stores to approach.
  • Identify and report opportunities for expanding into new areas/regions.
  • Visit and inspect new customer stores to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Execute marketing programs provided by headquarters.
  • Receive complaints and feedback from customer stores and forward them to the relevant internal department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales representative in the building materials industry.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and be willing to travel within the Central Java area (preferably domiciled in Semarang and surrounding areas).
