Qualifications:
- Minimum education Diploma III/Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business/Administration/Management, Secretary or equivalent
- Have experience in the same field at least 3 years
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good personality & pleasant to be around
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to do administrative work (Ms. Office, correspondence, archive documents, schedules/arrange meetings/manage business trips)
- Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, export import supporting documents and the necessary permits
- Attention to detail and Agile
- Fast Learner, energetic and able to communicate at all level
- Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
