Qualifications:

  • Minimum education Diploma III/Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business/Administration/Management, Secretary or equivalent
  • Have experience in the same field at least 3 years
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Good personality & pleasant to be around
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to do administrative work (Ms. Office, correspondence, archive documents, schedules/arrange meetings/manage business trips)
  • Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, export import supporting documents and the necessary permits
  • Attention to detail and Agile
  • Fast Learner, energetic and able to communicate at all level
  • Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
