1. HR & GA Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as HR & GA Supervisor or at least 3 years as HR & GA Manager.

  • Proven experience in industrial relations, workforce planning, mass recruitment, and HSE management.

  • Experience in manufacturing industry.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and Quality Management Systems

Responsibilities:

a. Human Resources

  • Recruitment & selection management.
  • Performance management systems (KPI and appraisal).
  • Compensation & benefits administration (payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21 tax).
  • Industrial relations, including labor law compliance, CBA management, and union relations.
  • Training and employee development programs.

b. General Affairs

  • Company asset management (facilities, vehicles, and equipment).
  • Licensing and government relations.
  • Security and housekeeping management.

c. HSE

  • Implementation of Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SMK3) and ISO 45001.
  • Conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Developing and executing safety awareness programs and OHS training.
  • Ensuring environmental management compliance (AMDAL, hazardous and non-hazardous waste).

2. HR & GA Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven experience in HR&GA operations, and industrial relations.

  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

  • Familiar with PPE and Quality Management Systems.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day HR and GA operations.

  • Support HR & GA Manager in implementing HR and GA programs.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure smooth general affairs operations (facilities, vehicles, utilities, etc.).

  • Prepare periodic HR & GA reports for management review.

3. HRIS Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll, or HR operations.

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle, Talenta, Gadjian) is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with strong data management and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of HR policies, confidentiality, and data compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS.

  • Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.

  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management.

  • Assist in system development and HRIS module implementation.

  • Safeguard data privacy and system integrity.

4. Recruitment Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Business Administration.

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Experience in manufacturing or mass recruitment is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Familiar with labor regulations and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, operator, and supervisor levels.

  • Collaborate with departments to identify manpower needs.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and job descriptions.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments when needed.

  • Support employer branding and onboarding initiatives.

5. GA Staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in General Affairs, administration, or facility management.

  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.

  • Basic understanding of OHS and facility compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily GA operations (facilities, vehicles, office supplies, utilities).

  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

  • Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs.

  • Maintain asset lists, reports, and GA documentation.

  • Assist with vendor coordination and budgeting support.

6. HSE Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

  • Government-approved K3 (OHS) certification is a strong advantage.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HSE within a manufacturing company.

  • Familiar with SMK3, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 implementation.

  • Strong understanding of PPE, health & safety regulations, and audit procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SMK3).

  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.

  • Follow up on findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.

  • Maintain safety records, PPE control, and accident reports.

  • Support development and improvement of HSE policies and procedures.
