Our client is a company specialized in technology, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed business growth objectives.

  • Take full ownership of the country-level P&L, ensuring optimal performance across all departments.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Uncover new business opportunities and lead regional market expansion initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with both local and global teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate direction.

  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team, covering both sales and service delivery functions.

  • Oversee adherence to local legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal corporate policies.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT services, specializing in enterprise-level sales.

  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

  • In-depth knowledge of the local market, including business environment and client behaviors.

  • Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
