As an Account Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams at Posper Digital. You'll be responsible for ensuring client needs are well communicated, projects are delivered on time, and strong long-term relationships are built
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in managing their digital campaigns.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams (creative, media, production).
- Develop project timelines, set priorities, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, social media, production) for campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign reports (performance, insights, recommendations) for clients.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, providing solutions to challenges when needed.
- Conduct market and digital trend research to provide strategic input.
- Support pitching and proposal development for new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager/Client Service (preferably in a digital agency).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid ads, content marketing, influencer marketing).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability, detail-oriented, and quick problem solver.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with tight deadlines.
- Good English communication skills (preferred).
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
