Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Central Cikarang for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies, and identifying customer needs to recommend suitable solutions. The Sales Engineer will also manage customer accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and train customers on product usage.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Central Cikarang
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the medical equipment, safety gear, or industrial supplies industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
