Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and develop sales opportunities for AI products and solutions across various industries.
- Use storytelling to align our products with customer goals, demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering relevant AI solutions.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales in a technology and/or SaaS company
- Basic understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, process automation, generative AI, chatbots, and API integrations (coding skills not required).
- Proven communication skills in storytelling, influencing, negotiating, closing skill and customer engagement.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
