Job Descriptions :

  • Implement the end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting, screening, interviews, to offering.
  • Coordinate with users to understand manpower needs and develop strategies for finding the best candidates.
  • Develop a database of potential candidates and maintain good relationships with the talent pool.
  • Compile recruitment reports, analyze recruitment channel effectiveness, and identify hiring KPIs.
  • Enhance the company's employer branding through social media, campus events, and career events.
  • Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluation results and work unit needs.
  • Develop and implement internal and external training programs.
  • Manage training administration: schedules, attendance, evaluations, and training effectiveness reports
  • Facilitate basic training such as Induction, Service Excellence, and Soft Skills Training.
  • Develop an employee development plan (People Development Plan) with the HR Asst. Manager.
