Job Descriptions:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover
  • Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and value-engineering proposals

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Review contractor bids, negotiate terms, and manage contracts
  • Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved budgets

3. Construction Management

  • Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, schedule, and cost targets
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Check all contractor Variation Orders (VO) with reference to tender documents management to delivery construction product

4. Handover & Post-Completion

  • Oversee project commissioning, testing, and final inspections
  • Ensure proper documentation, handover, and closeout procedures are followed
  • Support post-completion evaluations and lessons learned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and local regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
