Job Descriptions:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and value-engineering proposals
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Review contractor bids, negotiate terms, and manage contracts
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved budgets
3. Construction Management
- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, schedule, and cost targets
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Check all contractor Variation Orders (VO) with reference to tender documents management to delivery construction product
4. Handover & Post-Completion
- Oversee project commissioning, testing, and final inspections
- Ensure proper documentation, handover, and closeout procedures are followed
- Support post-completion evaluations and lessons learned
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and local regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
