Key Responsibilities:

BD/ Sales Manager

I. Business Development (BD) Work

Lead the BD team :

  • Develop visitation plans, utilize existing and past school resources, lead the team on school visits, promote activity implementation, and secure cooperation.

  • Leverage current resources to co-organize events or exhibitions.

II. Sales Management

  • Oversee and guide the daily data tracking of the sales team.

  • As an individual contributor, utilize personal existing and past resources to facilitate product sales.

III. Product Support

Provide support for product service compliance based on past experience and offer optimization suggestions for products and business operations.

lV. Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand student goals and recommend suitable courses or study tours.

V. Manage the lead conversion process, assist with application, document verification, and payment coordination.

VI. Build long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention, while meeting enrollment targets.

VII. Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports on sales, conversions, and trends.

Additional advantage : Extensive school resources are highly preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in educational sales (flexibility for outstanding candidates with less experience).

· Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills.

· Proven sales or counseling experience (ideally in education or edtech), with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

· A customer-centric, target-driven mindset and cultural sensitivity for international students.

· Willingness to work at our base office in PIK, North Jakarta.
