Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide support & service to customers' inquiries, such as product features, KYC, transaction, financial products (Reksa Dana, Saham), etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their problem, and following up with them to check the status of the problem
  • Coordinate and work together with internal teams to solve problem
  • Understand Financial Products (especially Reksa Dana), and Financial Industry & Capital Market in general

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years of working experience in a related field, such as banking, investment manager, sekuritas, etc.
  • Patient and calm personality, strong people skills, and good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule (day/night), weekend, and public holidays.
  • Have WMI/WAPERD license is a plus.
