Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably from the manufacturing or construction industry.
Understanding of the procurement flow of goods and services and the purchasing administration process.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Lookup, IF) and familiarity with ERP/Purchasing Systems (Experience with Odoo is a plus).
Demonstrated negotiation skills, price analysis, and vendor selection and management.
Thorough, communicative, and able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
Able to speak English fluently (oral and written).
Willing to be placed in Grobogan and Kendal (temporarily).
Responsibilities:
Conducting the procurement process for goods and services according to the company's operational needs.
Establishing communication and negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
Seeking and evaluating potential new vendor sources in accordance with company standards.
Ensuring the completeness of purchasing documents and compliance with company SOPs.
Controlling procurement lead times to align with production and operational schedules.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
Operate an ERP/Excel system to record and report purchasing activities.
Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and finance divisions to ensure a smooth procurement process.
