Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably from the manufacturing or construction industry.

  • Understanding of the procurement flow of goods and services and the purchasing administration process.

  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Lookup, IF) and familiarity with ERP/Purchasing Systems (Experience with Odoo is a plus).

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, price analysis, and vendor selection and management.

  • Thorough, communicative, and able to work under pressure and with deadlines.

  • Able to speak English fluently (oral and written).

  • Willing to be placed in Grobogan and Kendal (temporarily).

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting the procurement process for goods and services according to the company's operational needs.

  • Establishing communication and negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.

  • Seeking and evaluating potential new vendor sources in accordance with company standards.

  • Ensuring the completeness of purchasing documents and compliance with company SOPs.

  • Controlling procurement lead times to align with production and operational schedules.

  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.

  • Operate an ERP/Excel system to record and report purchasing activities.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and finance divisions to ensure a smooth procurement process.
