We're a dynamic restaurant seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing food costs, analysing financial data, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food costs, recipe, inventory, and waste

  • Analyse financial data and identify areas for cost improvement

  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives

  • Collaborate with chefs, purchasing, and operations teams

  • Prepare regular cost reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Experience in cost control or finance in the restaurant industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant management software
