We're a dynamic restaurant seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing food costs, analysing financial data, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control food costs, recipe, inventory, and waste
Analyse financial data and identify areas for cost improvement
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Collaborate with chefs, purchasing, and operations teams
Prepare regular cost reports and analysis
Requirements:
Experience in cost control or finance in the restaurant industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant management software
