What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver impactful training programs across various areas — from operational excellence and customer service to leadership, communication, and personal effectiveness.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions that help new employees quickly understand company culture, values, and service standards, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
- Coach and mentor team members at all levels to strengthen skills, improve performance, and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to identify learning needs and develop customized training interventions that support business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to support continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to keep training content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Learning & Development Specialist, ideally within customer-focused industries (retail, F&B, or hospitality).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills — able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability to tailor programs to real business challenges.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
- Genuine passion for people development, continuous learning, and positive workplace culture.
- Flexibility to travel across regions and adjust to varying schedules, including evenings or weekends when needed.
