Responsibilities
- Ensure and provide full administrative support to the Sales team in preparing accurate Sales Order Letters (SP/SO) in accordance with the system, preventing errors and complaints from all relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve aging issues by coordinating with related departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales administrative data to support smooth sales processes and customer documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of price list data and unit availability information in the system and master control.
- Resolve aging issues by liaising with related departments and ensuring corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Ensure there are no customer data errors in the sales system reports used for PPJB (Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement) processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Property Administration Service (PAS) Manager. - Proficient in administrative systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Diligent, proactive, disciplined, and highly responsible.
