What you'll do:
- Lead and execute user acquisition strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic).
- Plan and manage SEM campaigns to ensure strong visibility and high intent traffic.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and discoverability.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and app install-to-order conversion.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation by channel and city.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and landing page optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Run A/B testing and continuously iterate for better campaign performance
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and ad platform dashboards.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO/SEM, preferably in app-based or service industries.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience with attribution and tracking (e.g., GA4, Firebase, MMPs).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with keyword strategy, on-page and off-page SEO.
