Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, based in South Jakarta. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production services. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, debugging issues, automating repetitive tasks, managing incidents, and implementing best practices for infrastructure and services. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in system scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Skilled in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Shell scripting
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, mainly Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role
