About the Challenge
Are you ready to be the front-line risk assessor who protects our financial integrity and enables responsible growth? As our Rent To Own Surveyor, you will be the critical link between a customer's application and our credit decision. The challenge lies in operating with unwavering integrity and speed in diverse field environments. You'll be tasked with accurately verifying complex financial and personal details while assessing the often-subjective environment—the home, the neighborhood, and the guarantor's credibility.
What Your Day to Day Would Look Like
- Perform daily in-person surveys at prospective customers' residences and workplaces within your designated area.
- Meticulously verify identity, required documents (KTP, KK, proof of income), and guarantor details, cross-checking information to ensure accuracy.
- Objectively evaluate housing stability, neighborhood safety, income consistency, and the reliability of the guarantor to inform the credit decision.
- Complete the Intake Survey Form and submit detailed, timely reports, including clear photos and key findings, using mobile digital reporting tools.
- Work closely Operations teams to flag any potential risks, inconsistencies, or suspected fraudulent behavior immediately for review.
- Query successful
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) required; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in field verification, collections, or credit surveying is required, preferably within the leasing, financing, or Rent-to-Own (RTO) business.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and neutrality in reporting, with a strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Must be willing to travel frequently and comfortably navigate within a designated area, managing multiple assignments efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and an exceptional eye for detail, enabling you to build rapport quickly and spot critical inconsistencies.
- Able to proficiently use a smartphone/tablet for photo evidence capture and reporting, and comfortable using digital reporting platforms and mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps).
- Possess critical thinking and basic risk assessment skills to objectively evaluate situations, identify red flags, and make sound recommendations.
