OTO by Cardekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by Cardekho operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution: Implement lead generation strategies developed in collaboration with leadership, ensuring timely and efficient rollout across all channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs and optimize performance and productivity.
- Process Optimization: Run continuous experiments to improve performance and user experience.
- Lead Quality: Monitor lead quality, manage lead flows and ensure data accuracy in systems to support efficient process of applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in lead generation, process improvement, or operations.
- Strong understanding of marketplace funnels.
- Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and analytics tools.
