Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields (e.g., Business Law, International Law, Legal Studies).
At least 5 years of experience in legal/compliance roles.
Experience working at a Chinese company is required.
Experience in special economic zones or industrial areas is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations (labor, investment, environment, licensing).
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal paperwork.
- Monitor regulatory changes that may impact the company.
- Liaise with regulators and government institutions to fulfill the company's legal obligations.
- Develop and implement compliance awareness programs for all employees.
- Handle and document legal violations and internal reporting.
- Conduct internal audits related to compliance and prepare evaluation reports.
