Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Support to ensure the smooth operation of our online platforms. This role involves handling product data, website maintenance, and technical support while working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the technical aspects of the company website and marketplaces run smoothly, from new product onboarding to ongoing maintenance.
  • Input and update product data, inventory, and pricing across e-commerce platforms and internal systems.
  • Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers or vendors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and images across all online channels.
  • Handle data imports/exports and create clear, structured reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve marketplace or e-commerce issues quickly.
  • Support basic content updates and assist with small improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Educational background in IT or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data, inventory, and reporting.
  • Experience with or supporting e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed.
  • Flexible and open to tasks beyond the formal job description.
