- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Metal, Steel, Construction industries.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or team-leading role is a strong advantage.
- Possess a wide and solid network among major contractors in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Set individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular performance coaching and evaluations.
Develop team competencies in negotiation, key account management, and product knowledge related to metal and industrial materials.
Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies to expand market share.
Conduct market analysis, identify industrial trends (construction, manufacturing), and map new business opportunities.
Prepare annual sales plans and accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue projections.
Lead business development initiatives to acquire and manage key industrial clients.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with major clients and key stakeholders (contractors, distributors, fabricators).
Negotiate large-scale sales contracts and ensure optimal profit margins for the company.
Coordinate closely with the Procurement Department to ensure product availability (metal materials) according to market demand and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure smooth client payment processes and manage credit risk effectively.
