Position Summary

Establishment and monitoring of application of quality control, necessary to produce a product that will meet service, leakage, appearance, and reliability standards, agreed with Marketing and RTSG in the area of Assembly. Manage and monitor related quality activity such as calibration, PQI, Target Room and BTL.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Incoming Quality check material from GSQA and Non GSQA Supplier.
  • Analyze the trend and take action needed and give feedback to Supplier.
  • Give clear disposition if any deviation of the material.
  • Work closely with Value Stream to ensure standards/system is established.
  • Develop and establish standard for new process/product based on process capability and product requirement.
  • Establish specification through variability/capability study.
  • Maintain specification, investigate need for TCA/RSC, justify, use PPAC procedure, seek approval, communicate, and implement.
  • Ensure correct containment procedures are followed and corrective action implemented.
  • Update, check the accuracy and keep evergreen quality document.
  • Prepare/review training material for operator.
  • Review and implement SPC as per need.
  • Work closely with ARSS and communicate any significant product quality item.
  • Establish and maintain process control system/improvement.
  • Be accountable for whole process control in accordance to the product from raw material, work material, assembly line, and testing line/target.
  • Understand scrap level, deviation and identify problem.
  • Provide leadership for corrective action for complaint, NCR, or scrap reduction effort.
  • Ensure JQS/WI/QCC or checklist are up to date.
  • Review effectiveness of the above items.
  • Analysis and review for trends.
  • Ensuring all measuring test/gages equipment are current, calibrated and valid.
  • Ensuring shut down and startup comply to procedure.
  • Performance of daily Evergreen quality audit (existence/update spec; measuring gages; QCC or checklist; product handling method; standards were met; sampling product; possible contamination).
  • Monitor critical tooling spec. and quality as well as for performance of U/A the equipment addition/rearrangement.
  • Responsible for testing and evaluating of new material or new method.
  • Support VS in problem solving.
  • Leads/coordinate problem solving action.
  • Ensure containment procedure is followed and correction action is taken when nonconformance happened.
  • Execute QST Process.
  • Ensure product is tested against requirement.
  • Monitor product performance.
  • Communicate problem to all.
  • Identify product deficiency and corrective action.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze return product and take corrective action.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Supervisory and training.
  • Supervise QA within the area.
  • Identify and provide Quality training for operator, mechanic and supervisor in the area.
  • Participation in Preventive Maintenance.
  • Quality representative for project in the area.
  • Coordinate factory trial/QH trial in the area.
  • Internal Quality Audit and Supplier Audit.

  • Ensuring that all activities within responsibility area are safe.
  • WEWENANG/AUTHORITY – authorize to stop production line down when quality concern noticed and to make decision to product on hold due to quality concern.
  • KOORDINASI KERJA – work closely with Purchasing to develop new vendors, apply GSQA and to conduct audit to suppliers.
  • Works closely with Value Streams/other department and offering full support in the implementation of product and process specifications and controls.
Qualifications
  • Pendidikan: S1 Engineering/Science or SMAK with 10 years experience.
  • Pengalaman Kerja: 3 Years’ Experience in the same field.
