The Cost Control Staff will support the Finance & Operational team in monitoring daily cost movements across all outlets, ensuring every purchase, usage, and inventory process stays efficient and aligned with company standards.

This role focuses on tracking food & beverage cost, validating stock accuracy, analyzing variances, and helping maintain healthy profit margins for the restaurant group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor daily stock usage, incoming goods, and inventory movement from all outlets.
  • Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses; report any unusual variances.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar team to ensure proper portioning, recipe consistency, and waste control.
  • Prepare regular cost reports, stock recap, and summary analysis for management.
  • Support monthly and quarterly stock opname activities.
  • Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, and Outlet PIC to improve cost efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cost control or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and stock monitoring systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with outlet teams.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
