Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing strategies across online and offline channels. This role involves content planning, customer response, B2B material preparation, event coordination, and creative team support. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring campaigns and activations to life.

Key Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Maintain monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, etc


•⁠ ⁠⁠Write captions, promotional copy, and product descriptions


•⁠ ⁠⁠Respond to B2C and B2B inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and email


•⁠ ⁠⁠Arrange and coordinate product photoshoots (models, photographers, stylists)


•⁠ ⁠⁠Capture and edit BTS content from shoots and events


•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist in brand event logistics (fashion shows, pop-ups, send-outs)


•⁠ ⁠⁠Source vendors and freelancers (e.g., billboard, packaging, design)


•⁠ ⁠⁠Draft and send newsletters; update website copy and visuals


•⁠ ⁠⁠Support ad consultants with campaign assets and basic performance tracking


•⁠ ⁠⁠Design simple internal visuals (flyers, story banners, catalogs, presentations)

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠1–3 years experience in marketing or content coordination (fashion/lifestyle field preferred)


•⁠ ⁠⁠Highly organized, with ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks


•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong written communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia


•⁠ ⁠⁠Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Google Workspace, and basic content tools


•⁠ ⁠⁠Basic design and visual coordination skills
