About the role
We are seeking a talented Property Architect/Structural Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Puradelta Lestari, Tbk' in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing architectural and structural design expertise to support the development and management of our diverse property portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Make detailed Designing buildings and technical aspects also specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural designs and structural plans for new construction and renovation projects
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical support to project teams
- Participate in the review and approval process for architectural and structural plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in property architecture and structural design
What we're looking for
- Degree in Architecture with a specialisation in Structural Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property architecture or structural design, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors
- Strong technical expertise in architectural design, structural analysis, and construction methods
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and basic software design graphic.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
