Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex software development projects across our engineering teams for sports industry. You will manage project outcomes, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications while maintaining strong collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate projects across Backend, Frontend Web, Mobile, and QA engineering teams
2. Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope
3. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes with engineering teams
4. Collaborate with Technical Leads to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
5. Manage project outcomes and ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements
6. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve project blockers
7. Lead project planning sessions, risk assessments, and stakeholder alignment meetings
8. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to development methodologies
9. Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
10. Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer across projects
Required Qualifications
1. 3+ years of technical project management experience in software development
2. Strong understanding of technology stack
3. Experience managing full-stack development projects from conception to deployment
4. Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and understand engineering challenges
5. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks
6. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp)
7. Experience managing engineering teams and driving project outcomes
8. Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes
Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience as a technical role
2. Experience with mobile app development and deployment processes
3. Understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
