- Have 3-4 experience as L1 Support Lead
- Provides day-to-day operational leadership.
- Leads, supervises, and develops the L1 support team, including agents and analysts.
- Acts as the escalation point for L1 support issues.
- Train agents and distributor
- Provide monthly operational report
- Ensure continuous improvement
- Able to communicate in English
