The Opportunity

As an Assistant Manager Sales, where you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the FMCG industry. In this full-time position based in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, you will work as part of the Management – Area/Multi-location team to deliver strategic sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales management or area manager role especially B2B in FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Knowledge of the customer relationship management and market trends
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
